1.1 Metronome Production, spol. s r.o., Company Registration Number: 04658639, with its registered office at Terronská 873/3, Prague 6, 160 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 251541 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘organiser’), which sets out the basic binding rules for persons entering the premises of the Krásný Ztráty Live festival and using the facilities located within the Krásný Ztráty Live event/festival grounds (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Visitors’ Regulations’).
1.2 The purpose of the Visitors’ Regulations is, in particular, to ensure safety, fire safety, hygiene, health and property protection at the Krásný Ztráty Live festival, as well as ensuring ideal conditions for the smooth running of all events (hereinafter referred to as ‘events’) that form part of the Krásný Ztráty Live festival, as well as ensuring a pleasant atmosphere within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds.
1.3 The Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds are understood to mean the areas visibly demarcated by the organiser within the grounds of the Statku Všetice festival.
1.4 The Krásný Ztráty Live festival site will be open to the public every day on the following dates: 13 August 2027 (times to be confirmed), 14 August 2026 (times to be confirmed).
1.5 The event/festival site is clearly demarcated and entry to the site is only permitted with a valid ticket or other identification specified by the organiser, unless the event/festival is free to enter. By presenting a purchased ticket upon entry to the venue, or by entering the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds, each visitor agrees to the terms and conditions set out in these visitor regulations. Upon entering the Krásný Ztráty Live festival site, these visitor regulations become binding on every visitor for the duration of their stay there. For the purposes of these visitor regulations, a ‘visitor’ is defined as any person entering the Krásný Ztráty Live festival site, including media representatives, technical staff, or other personnel. The provisions of these visitor regulations apply mutatis mutandis to persons entering the Krásný Ztráty Live festival site on the basis of a special, or any other contractual relationship with the organiser or its contractual partners.
2.1 By purchasing a ticket or receiving an identification wristband, a contract for participation in the Krásný Ztráty Live festival is concluded between the visitor and the organiser of the Krásný Ztráty Live festival. Every visitor to the event/festival, with the exception of events with free admission, will, upon presentation of their ticket at the entrance to the event/festival, receive an identification wristband, which entitles them to enter the venue and replaces the ticket. The term ‘ticket’ refers to both a printed ticket granting entry to the event or festival to an unspecified person, and an electronic ticket (an ‘e-ticket’) granting entry to the festival to a specific person. Every person within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds is required, throughout their entire stay on the premises, to wear an identification wristband or carry another document authorising their presence on the premises, and, upon request by an organiser’s staff member, a person authorised by the organiser, or a member of the security staff, to prove their authorisation to be on the premises without delay. Anyone who is unable to prove their authorisation to be present within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds may be refused entry to the grounds or may be removed from the premises. Visitors and members of the public may enter the venue, or the relevant designated zones thereof, only with the organiser’s consent, only during visiting hours and only in accordance with the conditions set out in these visitor regulations. Any complaints may only be made before entering the venue.
2. 2 Supervision of compliance with and observance of these visiting regulations within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds shall be carried out by duly identified staff of the organiser and other persons authorised by the operator and duly identified persons, and, within the scope of their statutory powers, the Police of the Czech Republic and the Municipal Police.
2.3 Persons under the influence of alcohol or other addictive or intoxicating substances, as well as persons whose behaviour endangers the safety or health of others, or property located within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds, shall lose their right to remain within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds and may not be admitted to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds, or may be removed from the festival grounds by an organiser’s staff member, or a person authorised by the organiser, or may be removed from the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds by security staff. Similarly, persons who breach the rules set out in these visitor regulations, or persons who fail to comply with the instructions of the organiser’s staff or persons authorised by the organiser.
2.4 Persons who are not admitted to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival site under the conditions set out in these visitor regulations, or who are expelled from the Krásný Ztráty Live festival site, shall not be entitled to a refund of the admission fee paid or of any other costs incurred in relation to entry to and participation in the Krásný Ztráty Live festival. The organiser may also restrict or completely prohibit entry to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival site for the persons referred to in this provision.
2.5 Within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds, the organiser strictly prohibits, in accordance with applicable legislation, the sale of tobacco and alcoholic products to persons under the age of 18.
3.1 Visitors to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival are obliged to behave within the festival grounds in such a way that their conduct does not endanger their own safety and health or that of third parties, or their property, nor the facilities located within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds; furthermore, they must not, through their behaviour, restrict, endanger or cause undue nuisance to other visitors beyond what is reasonable in the circumstances arising from the course of the Krásný Ztráty Live festival.
3.2 Visitors to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival are obliged to comply with the instructions and orders of the organiser’s staff, or persons authorised by the organiser, or security personnel, as well as the instructions and orders of the Police of the Czech Republic, the Municipal Police, the Fire and Rescue Service and the Emergency Medical Service.
3.3 Visitors to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival are obliged to respect the rules set out in these visitor regulations, generally binding legal regulations, as well as the rules of decent behaviour and good manners.
3.4 Visitors to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival are prohibited from bringing the following items, in particular, into the festival grounds:
a) racist, defamatory, vulgar or other materials contrary to public decency;
b) weapons of any kind, as well as all objects capable of being used as cutting, stabbing or striking weapons, or other items that could endanger the safety, health or life of visitors (e.g. scissors, umbrellas, etc.);
c) aerosols, corrosive, flammable (e.g. perfumes in containers larger than 200 ml), explosive, staining or other substances posing a health risk;
d) glass bottles, containers, tins or other items made of breakable, shatter-prone or exceptionally hard materials;
e) fireworks, rockets, flares, smoke bombs and other pyrotechnic articles or launchers;
f) alcoholic drinks, non-alcoholic drinks, or psychotropic, addictive and narcotic substances;
g) animals, with the exception of assistance dogs for people with physical disabilities;
h) any promotional materials, whether political, advertising or of any other nature;
i) oversized luggage, bicycles and other means of transport, with the exception of mobility aids necessary for movement
j) laser pointers,
k) recording devices, film cameras and video cameras, professional and semi-professional cameras, and single-lens reflex cameras.
The organiser or persons authorised by the organiser, in particular the head of the security service and their subordinates. Checks may be carried out upon entry to the venue or at any time after a visitor has entered the event/festival grounds. Visitors may be asked by the organiser or a person authorised by them to leave unsuitable items or oversized luggage in the left-luggage facility located within the venue. The decisions of these persons are binding on visitors to the venue.
3.5 Visitors to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival are obliged to allow the organiser’s staff, or persons authorised by the organiser to carry out a search of items brought onto the site and of luggage for the purpose of verifying compliance with the preceding provision. If a visitor refuses to undergo an inspection in accordance with this provision, they may be refused entry to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival site, or may be removed from the site.
3.6 Visitors to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival consent to security checks being carried out to ensure compliance with these visitor regulations, including both bag checks and personal searches carried out by the organiser’s staff, persons authorised by the organiser, or security personnel, upon entry to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival site. If a visitor refuses to undergo a security search, they may be denied entry to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival site, or may be removed from the Krásný Ztráty Live festival site.
3.7 Visitors to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival are also prohibited from:
a) to display, disseminate or publicly promote slogans or images that are racist, defamatory, vulgar or contrary to public decency, or to incite others to engage in such behaviour;
b) to promote any political party or movement, or any product or service;
c) to climb over or enter any structures or installations within the premises, in particular façades, fences, walls, barriers, lighting fixtures, trees, poles, roofs, guardrails, supporting structures, etc.;
d) to enter areas which are not intended for the public and are marked as off-limits for such purposes;
e) to throw any objects into areas where visitors are present, in particular onto sports pitches, stages and into the audience;
f) to make any audio or video recordings for commercial purposes within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds, or to photograph any performances using professional or semi-professional cameras and SLRs without prior written consent from the organiser;
g) to smoke outside the areas designated for this purpose by the organiser;
h) to bring drinks into the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds;
i) to light fires, ignite or set off any pyrotechnics;
j) to move or otherwise tamper with any fixtures or equipment located within the festival grounds;
k) tamper in any way with the water, electricity or air supply systems, or any other equipment within the premises;
l) to damage any facilities or equipment located within the premises, including park trees and grass;
m) to write on, stick labels onto or paint any facilities, equipment or pathways within the premises;
n) to relieve oneself outside the toilets or to litter the premises in any other way;
o) to enter the premises without prior consent or instructions from the operator or a person authorised by the operator;
p) to threaten or commit acts of violence against an individual or a group of people, or to incite others to such behaviour;
q) to sell tickets or any goods without authorisation;
r) to distribute or place any promotional or advertising materials within the festival grounds without the organiser’s written permission! s) to enter the premises with dogs or other animals!
3.8 Visitors are not permitted, without the organiser’s prior written consent, or in contravention of the terms of the organiser’s written consent, to carry out any commercial or similar activity within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds, or to distribute or or sell any items, including newspapers, magazines, printed matter, advertising leaflets, etc., nor shall they store any items within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds.
3.9 Festival attendees take part in the festival solely at their own risk, are liable for any damage they cause, and acknowledge that upon removal of the identification wristband, the contract becomes void and they are not entitled to demand entry to the festival.
3.10 The festival participant undertakes, in the interests of safety: a) to provide appropriate personal assistance in the event of a fire, natural disaster or other emergency, provided that this does not expose them or anyone close to them to serious danger or risk, or unless prevented from doing so by compelling circumstances, and to provide the necessary practical assistance. b) to dispose of ash and cigarette ends from cigarettes and other tobacco products only in designated containers and to take care to ensure safety when lighting tobacco products (matches, lighters), c) not to smoke in buildings and areas marked with a ‘No Smoking’ sign, d) not to damage any installed safety signage; e) not to damage or in any way obstruct the use of installed portable fire extinguishers; f) not to damage or in any way restrict the use of hydrant systems or other fire safety equipment, g) not to damage or interfere in any way with installed electrical equipment, h) not to damage or in any way restrict the use of the control elements of installed technical equipment (electrical distribution boards, main circuit breakers, main water shut-off valves, etc.), i) in the event of a fire alarm, to follow the instructions of the event organiser, members of the fire prevention patrol, security staff, or members of the emergency services of the integrated rescue system.
4.1 The organiser shall not be liable for damage to the property or health of participants at the event/ festival, unless such damage is caused by a breach of legal regulations by the organiser and is directly related to that breach.
4.2 Visitors, particularly the elderly or those with physical disabilities, must, in their own interests, move carefully on smooth and uneven surfaces and take care to avoid injury. The organiser shall not be liable for any damage caused by an injury which a visitor has sustained as a result of their own carelessness or failure to comply with the visitor regulations.
4.3 Visitors are obliged to hand over to the organiser, a person authorised by the organiser, or security staff, any items found within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds. Should visitors find any suspicious items within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds, or items which are capable of endangering the property, lives or health of third parties, they are obliged to inform the organiser, or persons authorised by the organiser, or the security service, without delay. Every visitor is liable to the operator or any third party for any damage caused as a result of their breach of the rules set out in these visitor regulations, or other binding legal regulations.
4.4 The operator is entitled to require a visitor to hand over any item that has caused injury or damage to the operator or any third party.
4.5 Visitors are obliged to inform the organiser or security staff of any injuries or damage occurring within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds.
4. 6 In the event of an evacuation of the Krásný Ztráty Live festival site or other emergency situations, visitors are obliged to comply with the ‘Fire Alarm Guidelines and Site Evacuation Procedure’, and are also obliged to follow the instructions of the organiser, or persons authorised by the organiser, security staff, or members of the integrated rescue service. The fire alarm guidelines form Annex 1 to these visitor regulations and form an integral part thereof.
5.1 The organiser processes certain personal data of visitors in its capacity as a data controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, the so-called General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Regulation’).
5.2 By entering the premises, visitors to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival agree, without further notice, to the free use of their image or likeness as part of any video recording, broadcast or production of an event organised within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds for commercial or promotional purposes within the meaning of Section 84 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the “Civil Code”), in connection with the broadcast of the whole or part of an event held on the premises of the Krásný Ztráty Live festival by the organiser or its contractual partners. Consent to the use of an image or likeness in accordance with this provision is granted by visitors to the organiser and its contractual partners for an indefinite period; however, the visitor is entitled to withdraw this consent. The processing of personal data in connection with the use of video recordings of visitors is governed by the information on the processing of personal data set out in the previous paragraph.
5.3 Visitors to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival further acknowledge that audio or video recordings may be made within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds for the purposes of press, radio, television or similar news coverage. Visitors acknowledge that, within the meaning of Section 89 of the Civil Code, their consent is not required for the making of such recordings; provided that such recordings are used in a reasonable manner and that such use does not conflict with their legitimate interests.
6.1 Unattended parking spaces will be available for festival-goers. Festival-goers may use these parking spaces if they wish. The parking spaces are unnumbered and their number is limited.
6.2 Participants will be admitted to this car park upon presentation of a valid festival ticket. Upon entering the car park, participants will be issued with a parking pass, which allows for repeated entry.
6.3 In the event of the loss of the parking card, the Participant is obliged to report the loss to the organisers without delay and, upon identification, will receive a replacement card for a handling fee of 50 Kč.
6.4 Parking in an unguarded car park is not legally enforceable, and the purchase of a ticket does not entitle the holder to a parking space. The car park will be open from 13 August 2026 (time to be confirmed later) to 15 August 2024 (time to be confirmed later). All participants are required to leave the car park premises by the specified deadline. Failure to do so will result in the vehicle being towed away at the expense of the vehicle’s owner or operator.
7.1 We ask all festival visitors to keep their 2-day wristbands on their wrists for the following days (these allow you entry for the remaining days of the festival; their complete loss will be charged at 500 CZK in accordance with the Visitor Regulations; damage to the wristband, upon presentation of a valid ticket, will be charged at 50 CZK)
7.2 All participants are required to leave the premises by 14 August 2026 (time to be confirmed later) or 15 August 2027 (time to be confirmed later).
7. 3 Whilst on the premises, participants are obliged to follow the organisers’ instructions and, at the same time, to observe the rules of social conduct and to comply with the organiser’s general terms and conditions and this visitors’ regulations.
8.1 The rules set out in these visitor regulations may be supplemented by rules relating to individual events held within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds. These supplementary rules will always be duly published within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds or made available from the organiser or security staff, and visitors are obliged to comply with them.
8.2 Annex No. 1: Fire Alarm Guidelines forms an integral part of these visitor regulations
8.3 These visiting regulations come into force on 1 September 2026
8.4 Rights and obligations not expressly provided for in these visiting regulations shall be governed by generally applicable legal provisions, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended and currently in force.
8.5 The organiser reserves the right to amend these visiting rules at any time.
